Informal gathering of back end developers with topical talks from local industry spokesmen over a good pint of beer

I've got to admire founder member Andrew Disley for setting up this popular event some years ago. Gatherings now held in Manchester, Liverpool, Chester, Preston, Leeds and Sheffield. Talks by local industry people discussing serious and light hearted topical issues to promoting up and coming events. Plenty of beer drunk and plenty of banter thrown across the room from their own selection of stand up comedians. A good night had by all!
