CIM / Manchester Digital - The Future of eCommerce

This is a must-see event featuring leading multi channel marketing expert Tony Kane from the Internet Marketing Retail Group (IMRG), the UK's industry association for e-retail.

Tony will present a cutting edge overview on the future of multi channel eCommerce marketing through an unprecedented time of change in the industry, and he will be joined by John Hinchcliffe who will present the practitioner viewpoint and share his experience.

Tony Kane has over 20 years experience in the multi-channel retail industry as a founding director of the Next Directory board, Managing Director of Kaleidoscope / Otto Versand group, Managing Director of Britannia Music and a board director of Universal Music group. As a well known industry figure, he has helped shape the industry landscape during a period of significant change, as an executive director of the Direct Marketing Association.

John Hinchcliffe is an experienced and highly respected industry practitioner whose CV boasts such brands as JD Williams, Gratton and Kaleidoscope, as well as working agency side with direct response specialists JDA earlier in his career.
