Learn how to understand your customers and what they think

Understanding consumers is key to effective marketing. Richard Bryan, Managing Director of QA Research will examine key research techniques that are used to uncover how people perceive a product or service and will look at how best to use research results.

Delegates will learn:

* How research can be used to fully understand consumer perceptions

* Key techniques that are used to uncover how people perceive a product or service

* How to use research results emerging from a consumer perceptions study

Richard has over fifteen years of combined experience working in the tourism sector as well as researching the industry.

Since becoming Managing Director at QA Richard has led the organisation to three market research industry award finals.

Registration is from 6:00pm, with the event beginning at 7:00pm and finishing at approximately 8:00pm.
