Pitching for new business… punching above your weight and how to guarantee winning more than your fair share.

Delivered by Andrew Thomas of the Green Field and former Business Development Director at McCann, this is one not to miss! Andrew has over twenty years work pitching and winning new business and helping creative service companies grow.

When growing your business, it is really important to fully understand the three cogs of business growth. We call them the three Ps – proposition, prospecting and persuasion. Most agencies are very familiar with one of these – prospecting – but do necessarily fully appreciate the other two and their connected relationships.

On this fast-paced business development day, you will be guided through the relevance of each of these cogs and encouraged to apply the learnings to your own agency operation. In particular, you will be considering what set’s your agency apart from the competition? Why should any client hire you? What type of clients do you want to work with? Which type of clients do you do the best work for?

To top it off when you have considered and answered these questions we will provide you with a fool proof methodology for ensuring that clients will prefer appointing and working with your agency rather than the competition. All you will have to do is apply it to your own company.

And if that's not enough there will be a practical session on pitching delivery which will help you stand out from the crowd.

If you want a better than 1-in-4 chance of winning your next pitch make sure you attend this event.
