Our client is one of the region’s top digital agencies. They count some huge blue chip clients amongst their client base and, owing to some internal reshuffling, they now have a highly desirable senior level vacancy for a client services director to join their Manchester based team. The role of the Client Services Director to ensure that key clients are being serviced to the highest standard, consistent across the Agency whilst up-selling additional strategic services that the Client may not be utilising in conjunction with their campaigns. You will lead and deliver the agency’s offering, whilst being responsible for the growth and mentoring of the Account Management team. You will meet regularly with each client, enabling you to understand the business needs and translate these into a strategy across the business units, overseeing their implementation, managing the process and then reporting and analysing the results and findings back to the client. You will be required to develop strong relationships and will contribute to business strategy, vision, new concepts, initiatives and goals, as well as identifying and highlighting risks, markets and competition. The client services director will have an impeccable track record within the digital world and have extensive experience at senior client services level working within either a digital agency or a digital team within an integrated agency.
