We are looking for an experienced creative recruiter to join our successful team here at Orchard. We hope you know who we are and whilst you have not worked for us before we certainly hope you will have thought about it. An experienced recruiter with a successful track record in the creative or digital sector sector, you may feel restricted in your current environment and be wanting more room autonomy and flexibility. Joining our growing creative team will give you a chance to work with the best creative recruiters in the business. With a technical understanding that is second to none if you need developing then we may be the perfect environment to improve. Ideally you will be Mac savvy and have a background of design though as we have a strong team in creative this is not essential. You must be passionate about the Creative industry with a genuine interest in the market place that we work in. In order to be the best in Creative our consultants need to strive to constantly improve their knowledge and immerse themselves in the creative marketplace. Whilst we are not looking for consultants who are afraid of hard work or speaking with their clients, we understand that relationships are built on quality contact. As an organisation we have developed over the last 15 years with a real love for the creative and marketing sector, and have gained knowledge that is unrivalled in the area.
