Customer Insight / Market Research Executive - Youth Retail
Our client is a leading consumer brand name, with an established high street presence, and they are currently looking to expand their consumer insight and market research team.
As the Customer Insight Executive, you will be involved with planning, implementing, controlling, analysing and reporting on consumer insight research information. Your role will include investigating market activity, analysing published data and statistics, evaluating product performance, assessing future trends, commissioning surveys, and co-ordinating research projects.
You will possess a proven track record of working in a commercial market research / customer insight role, within a b2c marketing team environment, and ideally with exposure to the youth market. Your experience will have involved a wide array of new product, brand, advertising, and customer satisfaction research methodologies. You will have developed expertise with Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS /SAS, and time-series analysis tools.
