A North Manchester based charitable organisation is currently seeking an experienced graphic designer to manage their in house studio offering. Responsible for managing and developing the organisation’s graphic design and print buying service, you will have overall control over the studio’s creative output and will oversee all projects from initial client briefing through to print ready artwork and delivery to the client. You also be responsible for managing the studio’s workforce of volunteers, providing one to one and group training and support to develop the skills associated with the graphic design industry. This position has the potential to be both challenging and rewarding, allowing the post holder to essentially run the studio while also making a demonstrable difference to the lives of the individual volunteers.
