    Marketing Database Manager - Retail / Fashion

    A fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded marketing data professional to join the Direct Marketing team of a successful and expanding fashion retail business.

    Your focus will be to provide accurate management of the customer data and analytics, including data acquisition, working closely with the external data bureau to ensure that all updates, merge  and purges, profiling and data warehousing is maintained effectively.

    You will provide full reporting on all Direct Marketing activity, pre, post, and during campaigns, and be conducting weekly and monthly audits of data. You will work closely with the Campaign Manager to identify trends in the customer reporting through data mining and data profiling to help increase response rates, and you will be responsible for all segmentation routines, RFM analysis, decision trees, lifetime value, and all source coding.

    Highly numerical, with a proven track record of database management and development within a retail related environment, you will be a god team player with the ability to work well under pressure to deadlines whilst multitasking.

    Excellent IT skills are essential, specifically with Excel and Powerpoint, with a good understanding of packages such at FastStats, Viper, SAS and / or SPSS a major advantage.
