    Our client is a leading retail business, trading both on the high street and via eCommerce, offering cutting edge products, and they are have an opportunity within their Insight team for a Research Executive, based in Stoke-on-Trent.

    Reporting to the Head of Insight, your role will focus on running research projects and managing their online customer panel, conducting weekly surveys and developing community interaction. You will manage a continuous brand tracker programme, and also feed into questionnaire / discusson guide development for adhoc projects, liaising with agencies and disseminate the findings around the business.

    You will possess a proven track record of managing qualitative and quantitative research, either gained within an agency or client side, including working with senior stakeholders. You will have the ability to work independently and effectively manage your own workload, with an appetite for learning, and strong IT literacy including PowerPoint and Excel, and the aptitude to learn new research specific software.
