    Design Director

My client is a recognised and successful agency in retail marketing. They are currently looking for a senior designer to lead their creative offering on some major high street accounts.

Leading from the front you will be expected to cultivate effective retail campaigns that increase consumer spend. Supported by a studio team of designers / artworkers and a mass of retail strategy advice from various internal departments.

Capable of working to budget and within tight deadlines in a fast paced environment. You will be able to think on your feet, communicating effectively with your peers and clients alike at varying levels. This role will include regular clients presentations.

This is very much a creative hands on role, producing your ideas either as scamps or Mac visuals for client presentation. Capable of rolling out your concepts laterally for full campaigns with the support of your team. Man-managing your designers, motivating and developing their skills, maximising creative output and maintaining high standards of work at all times.

This is a fantastic chance to make your mark in a established agency well known in their sector. An excellent remuneration package awaits the successful candidate.
