At Orchard we have instigated regualar training updates for all our consultants to ensure that we have reall undersatnding of all the technologies currently required. In addition we are constantly attending industry events in Order to help us ensure that we know what is also soon to be required.


Whilst we don't profess to be able to develop in Rails we certainly understand what you mean when you need to. Equally we understand that Social Media is as much about PR as it is about digital and of course that WHY is probably the most important word in Digital today.


With our understanding we can ensure that the candidates we source and submit are relevant and suitable for the digital vacancy you are trying to fill and all should be fundamentally employable for the role.
