We understand that agencies vary in size, specialisms and structure as well as the fact that understanding an agency is the key to finding the right employee. When time permits, we will always aim to visit an agency to ensure that we have a "first hand" understanding of their culture and requirements.
We recruit from executive to director level, ranging across account management, business development, project management, production, PR and media planning, buying and sales.
Freelancers
When you are up against deadlines and need help, Orchard has access to over 300 skilled, tested freelancers whom we place every day at clients across the North of England. We have access to a range of skills ranging from Web Design, Copywriting, Flash, Art Direction, Visualising and Artworking.
All of these freelancers have over 3 years commercial experience and are available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via our emergency cover. Plus, they come at similar rates to direct freelancers.
All of our design freelancers are Mac tested, vetted and carefully selected for the exact job you require them to do.
Our contracts are completely flexible and are cancelable on one hour's notice. All clients also have 24 hour access to our consultants via our freelance emergency line.
All freelancers are paid by Orchard within 3 working days, and accrue 20 days annual paid holidays.
