1. can i register with more than one agency?
yes you can. you can register with as many recruitment agencies as you like. the only difficulty is that your recruitment companies should contact you every time they wish to put you forward for a job so if more than one agency is dealing with the same client you will need to pay attention to prevent your cv being forwarded twice to the same role.
2. do i have to pay anything?
no, it is illegal in the uk to charge work seekers to find work for them. all fee's in recruitment are paid for by the employers.
3. can i continue to make my own applications?
yes you can. even though you are working with an agency it's still important to continue with your own job search. the only complication with doing both at the same time is that you will need to ensure that your agency knows if you have applied for a role that they want to forward your details for.
