My client is a long established, leading healthcare organisation, with locations all around the UK and plans to expand internationally. They have an enviable reputation for the provision of care that truly makes a difference to the lives of thousands of people every year. Operating out of the leafy suburbs in South Manchester, their existing marketing team which covers the full marketing mix, managing numerous existing group websites and with more lined up to be built, is looking to expand even further with the addition of a dedicated SEO Manager.
Whilst the SEO function is currently part of the Head of Marketing's remit, with support from a Junior Marketing Exec, the growth of the organisation is such that the management of this function needs to be separated out and run by one dedicated individual, again with the support of the Marketing Exec. The role will see you responsible for SEO strategy, campaign planning, analytics, reporting, and the delegation to and management of the Marketing Exec to ensure campaigns are delivered. You will be an expert in your field, well versed in link building, site management (structure / folders / indexing etc) across desktop and mobile, content, and with enough exposure to PPC to work closely with the members of the team responsible for PPC.
The role will be both challenging and rewarding, and will see you joining a supportive team of smart individuals. And from a personal development point of view, working in a senior role for a such a big brand will be a major plus. To be considered for this role, you must have relevant experience, and have work in SEO for a minimum of 5 years with more recent experience at a similar level to this role. Equally you must be able to demonstrate your previous campaign successes.
