Founded in 1992, Orchard have been recruiting for the Creative and Marketing industries for over 25 years.
We have immersed ourselves in these sectors across the North West and Yorkshire over the years, and have established ourselves as the premier recruiter in our marketplace.
From our involvement in the industry and the longevity of the business, we have built a very strong client base, meaning we often get exclusive access to the top jobs in the North.
Our consultants are ex-industry professionals, and we all consider keeping up to date with insider industry knowledge to be a crucial part of the job so that we understand your industry and can find you the most relevant roles.
What do we do?
Every day we place talented people in freelance and permanent jobs within agencies and client-side teams.
Our process is simple - as a candidate, you will be invited to meet one of our consultants to discuss your previous work; your future goals; and assess your skills on our Mac test (if required for your sector). We go through this process to ensure that we can find the most appropriate roles to match your requirements.
We promise to only contact you with the most suitable and relevant roles, and we will always contact you before submitting your details to potential employers to ensure it is of interest. If you feel a role isn’t the right fit for you, we will not submit your details. Don’t worry about saying ‘no’, it will not deter us from contacting you about future opportunities!
We deal with the best in the business, so we generally ask that you have a few years industry experience before applying to our roles.
