Our big secret is out… we’ve got a new look!
After 25 years in business, we felt it was time to update our appearance. Our business changes and adapts every day to keep up to date with the industries we’re in, so it made total sense for our branding to change too.
It was important for us to update our brand to make it easier to use online. Whilst the aesthetics of the brand was a large factor, it was just as important to improve the overall experience and usability of the site. We wanted to make the process of job searching as enjoyable as possible, so we have worked hard to ensure that we can deliver a great job seeking experience on both desktop and mobile.
We decided to retain our famous ‘fruit’ design, but again to make ourselves more accessible online, we have refreshed our typefaces to make them as flexible and readable as possible.
You may have noticed that our tagline now says ‘creative and marketing agency’ instead of ‘digital, creative, and marketing agency.’ Whilst we have dropped the word digital, we are still recruiting digital roles as normal!!
The reason we are no longer using the word ‘digital’ at the forefront of the brand is because we think the way the word ‘digital’ is perceived in recruitment has changed. It’s pretty much a given that most creative and marketing roles cover digital, in fact we’d go as far to say that at least 90% of the roles we recruit for are digital roles. We are still recruiting UX and UI designers; Digital Marketers; Web Developers and so on within the creative industry as we always have done.
However, we felt that the term ‘digital recruitment’ has now largely been adopted by IT recruitment companies and that is not what we do - so we wanted to prevent any confusion.
Our M.D. Mike has coined it as an “evolution not a revolution”.
There have been a lot of long hours and hard work put into this rebrand and we are thrilled with the outcome - we hope you are too! With a new face for the new year, we’re ready to crack on and have another great year.
But… it won’t be all ‘new year new me’, we intend to work just as hard as we always do!
